Common Questions

The things everyone asks before buying.

How do I receive the program after I buy?

After your Stripe payment goes through, I'll email you the PDF within 60 minutes (usually much faster). Bundles include a quick note from me asking which two programs you want (for the Bundle of Two) or confirming delivery of all six (for the Complete Library).

Can I run a program if I'm a beginner?

Yes. Every program includes scaling notes — exercise substitutions, intensity adjustments, and frequency options for beginners. Phase 1 of every program is foundation-focused, designed to onboard you safely. You won't be thrown into advanced loading patterns on week one.

What if I don't have a full gym?

Every exercise has 2–3 substitutions listed. Most programs can be run with a barbell, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar. The Hyrox program has explicit no-SkiErg, no-sled, and no-C2 substitutions. If you train in a hotel gym or home setup, you can still run these.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final. That said — if you genuinely feel a program isn't what was described, email me and we'll figure something out. I'd rather refund someone honestly than have an unhappy customer.

Should I buy a program or hire you for 1-to-1 coaching?

If you're self-directed, have training experience, and want a high-quality template you run on your own — buy a program. If you want a fully customized system, accountability, and someone in your corner adjusting things weekly — apply for Essential or Premium coaching. Premium coaching includes all six programs for free, so if you're choosing between the Complete Library and Premium coaching, Premium is the better value.

Are these programs by you?

Yes. I built every FORGED program myself, drawing on my Master's in Exercise Science, NASM certifications, and ten years of training clients. The methodology cites the researchers and coaches whose frameworks I drew from (Simmons, Contreras, Tuchscherer, Nuckols), but the programs themselves are mine — designed to apply that evidence in real-world, scalable formats.
