Yes. Every program includes scaling notes — exercise substitutions, intensity adjustments, and frequency options for beginners. Phase 1 of every program is foundation-focused, designed to onboard you safely. You won't be thrown into advanced loading patterns on week one.
Every exercise has 2–3 substitutions listed. Most programs can be run with a barbell, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar. The Hyrox program has explicit no-SkiErg, no-sled, and no-C2 substitutions. If you train in a hotel gym or home setup, you can still run these.
Because these are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final. That said — if you genuinely feel a program isn't what was described, email me and we'll figure something out. I'd rather refund someone honestly than have an unhappy customer.
